COMMUNITY SERVICE LECTURERS OF ECONOMIC EDUCATION IN TRAINING ON THE MANAGEMENT OF SNACK MARKETS BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM

The Wiguna Tasty Association is one of the players in the home industry in Kulon Progo Regency which is engaged in the business of producing and marketing various Kulon Progo traditional snacks. It is called the paguyuban because it stems from the collaboration between RT and RW in Pengasih in forming a market snack trade whose manufacture and marketing are also from the hamlet community itself. Because the association is still in the SME group, when facing the covid-19 pandemic, it is quite wobbly. In fact, some partners have closed their businesses so that the supply of market snacks in the community is reduced.
To assist the business development of the Wiguna Tasty Association, a service team consisting of Prof. Endang Mulyani, M.Sc., Nenden Susilowati, M.Pd., and Yeni Nur Prilanita, M.Pd., organized training and mentoring activities for the management of market snacks based on local wisdom in order to increase people's income in the hamlets of Karongan, Kedungsari, Pengasih , Kulon Progo.
